Welcome to The New Well! I'm Emma—personal trainer, dietitian, and new mom. In the early years of my career, I dedicated myself to helping clients reconnect with their bodies through movement, whether 1:1 or in group settings.

When I first became pregnant, I was overwhelmed by questions about exercise. What could I safely do? What limitations would I face? How would my changing body feel as pregnancy progressed? Was there anything I should be doing for my baby? These uncertainties left me feeling burned out, confused, and unmotivated to move at all.

That’s when The New Well was born. I was determined to create a space where all you need is in one spot. I spent time diving deep into the research and doing the work so you don’t have to! We offer 1:1 personal training services (both in-person and virtual), group classes, and self-paced packages designed to help you reconnect with movement throughout your pregnancy and beyond.

With my background in eating disorder and disordered eating recovery, I bring a unique, inclusive perspective to every client. As a weight-inclusive provider, I do not focus on weight loss. Instead, I take the time to understand all aspects of your health, lifestyle, and circumstances to promote body connection and true, holistic wellness. Pregnancy is a time of significant change, and I’m here to help you honor and celebrate your body’s incredible ability to adapt.
