Nutrition Counseling

Our 1:1 nutrition counseling offers personalized, compassionate support for individuals navigating disordered eating, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. We focus on building a nourishing relationship with food while honoring your body’s unique needs through every stage of change. Care is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to support both physical health and overall well-being — without rigid rules or pressure..

We are currently contracted with BCBS and in the process of credentialing with others. In the meantime, we would be happy to provide you a superbill to submit to insurance for potential reimbursement.

Please note, even though we are credentialed with insurance does not mean your individual insurance plan will cover nutrition counseling. Schedule a call with us today to chat about what to actually ask your insurance company to ensure coverage.

1:1 Personal Training

At The New Well, we create customized movement plans to support your changing body, promote recovery, and help you feel strong and confident at every stage of your journey. Self-Paced Exercise Plans

Looking for a personalized, self-paced movement plan? You’re in the right place. This service begins with a one-on-one movement assessment—conducted either in person or virtually—with Emma. During this session, you'll discuss your goals, and Emma will observe how your body moves in this season of life. Based on that, you’ll receive a fully customized movement plan designed specifically for you, to follow at your own pace, on your own time.

Group Fitness Options

Interested in working out alongside others while still receiving personalized support? Ask us about our small group training sessions! This is a great option if you love the idea of personal training but prefer the motivation and connection of a group. Our classes are intentionally kept small, so you’ll still get individualized attention and movement tailored to your needs—perfect for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
